Kyle is an associate attorney at Whitmer Law PLLC. Kyle is a dual J.D. and can practice law in both the U.S. and Canada. Kyle has experience in personal injury claims and commercial litigation. As a litigator, Kyle has litigated claims involving lost income, pain and suffering, and long-term care costs. Further, he has experience in commercial supply and commercial licensing breaches. His experience enables him to uphold clients’ critical needs through disputes and, when necessary, into the courtroom.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kyle was an electronics engineer where he engaged in innovation and research including the development of nano-sized light filters culminating in a contribution to a paper published with IEEE. He also has experience in 3D design and 3D printing, digital music algorithms, and imaging method analysis with a scanning electron microscope. Being an engineer, as well as an attorney, Kyle is the ideal intellectual property law advisor. This area of law is very detailed and requires an analytical technique; this analytical approach is a particular skill that Kyle borrows from his years as an electronics engineer, distinguishing him from other litigators.
