Yasmin is the founder and managing partner of Whitmer Law Office, PLLC. Prior to opening Whitmer Law, Yasmin acted as Corporate Counsel for the largest property restoration company in the world. Yasmin handles complex business negotiations, all aspects of corporate and business transactions, and drafts and negotiates multi-million dollar contracts with international property owners and investors. Her extensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of the emergency property restoration/construction industry provide her with the effectiveness needed to negotiate favorable contract terms for her clients.

 

On a personal note, Yasmin is an American-Canadian-Iranian who is knowledgeable about the hurdles one has to go through to become a citizen of another country.
